Aurasma Studio “Red Pill” Tutorial

           I.     Log in to account

a.     Go to studio.aurasma.com

b.     Log in to account

c.      Username: mr.hambre02

d.     Password: ARclassroom03

         II.     Creating your auras

a.     Once you are logged in click on +Create new Aura on the top right hand side of the page.

b.     Click on the “+” icon in the center of the page to upload your trigger image.  This will be the source image for your Aura.

c.      Setting up your trigger image

                                               i.     Name your trigger image.  Preferably your name so I can find it and share it with the class.

                                              ii.     You have two options when uploading your trigger image.  Choose from your file or dropbox (JPEG or PNG files work best for trigger images)

                                            iii.     Describe your trigger image

                                            iv.     Click Save when finished

                                              v.     Add any adjustments to your trigger image if you prefer

                                            vi.     Click “next” located on the top hand side of the page when satisfied

d.     Setting up your overlay image

                                               i.     Click the “+” icon on next to your trigger image to upload your overlay image.  This will be your Aura that will appear on top of your trigger image once it is scanned. 

                                              ii.     Choose an image or mp4 video to upload. 

                                            iii.     If you want to upload a Youtube video you need to download the video clip first and save it as a mp4 file.  Keepvid.com is a good site to use to download your videos into mp4 format. 

                                            iv.     Once you have selected your overlay image describe it and click save. 

                                              v.     Your overlay image should be on top of you trigger image on the left hand side of the page.  Adjust the size of your Aura to your liking.

                                            vi.     Click preview and scan your photo using your Aurasma app on your phone and if you are satisfied click the x button

                                           vii.     Save your Aura and share.

e.     Test out your image and see your aura!
